Lots of online brands and social platforms try to hide their cancellation info…We don’t. It’s just off sides…If you want to cancel, we totally get it…To cancel, simply click on the ‘Cancel Membership’ button in your Member Dashboard, and your payments will be stopped accordingly.
Please log in to your Member Dashboard and click on the ‘Cancel Membership’ button. You’ll receive a cancellation email from our payment provider. Forward that email to info@mysocialife.com, and we will process your refund.
The normal price is R99 per month per year. However, if you receive a discount code or sale price, lucky you, you will pay that discounted price (let’s say for example R49 per month) for one year, and then then standard price of R99 per month, thereafter.
You receive a monthly newsletter, updated with relevant content by the founder, not the usual re-hashed parent stuff. The newsletter will deliver 8 to 10 articles, video, audio clips, which means approximately 100 items of training and information in one year. You have to be a better parent after that level of energy and exposure to what’s happening in your kids’ lives.
You also receive alerts if something pops up, and a free webinar every quarter which normally costs R140 per ticket. In other words, you get great value for the price of two cups of coffee!
Ummmm, well if you did, we wouldn’t be able to make much of an income really. This isn’t exactly Netflix we are building here. It’s a Parent Club for conscious and invested parents. You wouldn’t want to hustle us, would you?
The answer: Memberships are for individual use only and are not to be shared. We monitor account activity, and excessive usage from multiple devices may result in the cancellation of your membership.
Should a payment fail, you’ll be sent an email with instructions on how to update your payment information. Access to the content may be temporarily restricted until the payment has been successfully processed.
